INGREDIENTS

Shea Butter:

The most heavily used ingredient in my soap and the inspiration behind the logo.  Extracted from the shea nut of the Vitellaria Tree, native to central Africa, shea butter is associated with its excellent moisturizing qualities. With its concentration of natural vitamins and fatty acids, shea butter helps protect your skin’s natural oils to moisturize, sooth, and nourish dry and damaged skin. Shea butter is also noted for its anti-inflammatory properties.

Cocoa Butter:

Like shea butter, cocoa butter is noted for its moisturizing qualities but also its abundance of antioxidants that aid in fighting free radicals.

Hemp Seed Oil:

Rich in protein, vitamin E and D, hemp seed oil strengthens the skin and fights acne.

Aloe Vera:

Best known for its treatment on dry and damaged skin, Aloe will help sooth almost any skin ailment.

Honey:

Full of antioxidants Honey will improve your skins complexion while fighting acne and aging.

Essential oils:

Soap by Charlie uses therapeutic-grade quality essential oils that provide my soaps with a natural scent, aromatherapy, and topical benefits. Our range of essential oils can provide the skin with antibacterial properties that combat various skin ailments (see individual soaps for specific information on particular essential oils).

Whole Ingredients:

Added to the soap are various plants, herbs, and roots for exfoliation, skin nutrition, and scent. All botanicals are home grown or locally sourced.
